From the moment I first opened my Cannavacciuolo restaurant at Villa Crespi, today with 3 Michelin Stars, I have wanted to recreate that same culinary experience in different parts of Italy.

I've seen in my guys the talent, the flair, and the desire to stand out and make their own way; five of them today are the executive chefs at my restaurants. They are like ambassadors of haute cuisine, bearers of excellence and flavor, something they learned about within the walls of Villa Crespi.

LAQUA VINEYARD, OUR «HOUSE ON THE HILLS», TERRICCIOLA – TUSCANY HINTERLAND

In the enchanting setting of the Tuscan vineyards and olive trees, among the green hills of Terricciola (PI), is Laqua Vineyard. A resort with a warm soul, with 6 Suites and a restaurant under the direction of Executive Chef Marco Suriano. A cuisine of inspiration and genius, which earned its first Michelin Star just five months after opening.

An eatery with two philosophies, the Café warmly delights guests with "smart" options for quick gourmet lunches in the cultural and beautiful Piazza Martiri in Novara.
