In accordance with law no. 13 of D.lgs. n.196/2003, we therefore inform you of the following:

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal information and other rights

  4. b) ways of handling and storing said information and for what purpose;
  5. c) logic applied to handling and storage carried out by means of electronic equipment;
  6. d) identity of the owner of such data, persons responsible and the appointed representative in compliance with article 5, clause 2;
  7. e) persons and categories of persons to which personal data may be passed or those who may come into possession of said data in her capacity as appointed person responsible within National territory or those charged with said responsibilities.
  8. The interested party has every right to obtain:
  9. a) updates, rectification or, when required, integration of the information or data;
  10. b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data handled and stored in violation of the law, including such information that is not required to be kept relating to the purposes for which the data has been gathered and successively stored;
  11. c) declaration that operations under a) and b) have been brought to the notice, also regarding their content, of such people as have received the data, except in such cases as implementation is impossible or requires the use of means that are obviously disproportionate in respect of the right being protected..
  12. The interested party has every right to oppose , wholly or in part:
  13. a) for legitimate reasons, storage and handling of personal information although same is pertinent to the purposes of gathering of said information.

Which personal information of clients is gathered?
