Once the Bistrot was the Bar belonging to the Coccia Theatre. My wife and I decided to renew it completely and re-open the original entrance through the theatre foyer and the terrace. We wanted a place you could eat a plate of pasta at any time of day, find a panino to turn around your day!
We have everything here, from snack bar to restaurant. Our pastry kitchen turns out sfogliatelle and rum babas every day, the dishes are those I’d like to enjoy at home, from mixed pasta to sausage and potatoes with turnip tops.
I have entrusted my kitchen to Vincenzo Manicone who has worked with me in Villa Crespi for four years. You will find the same philosophythere as in a star-awarded restaurant but with the informality more typical of a family.
